Subject: BHA: JCR coup


Dear listers,

I would like you to know that I have with deep regret resigned the
editorship of JCR as a result of a process of decision-making by IACR
Council that I regard as deeply contaminated. I have explained my
decision in detail to the IACR membership, and am willing to supply a
copy of my explanation to any member of this list who asks for it.
