Below there are two stories which are quite interesting - one reads
Power (electrical ) line electro-magnetic fields (EMF) is a health risk
- a scientific  fact known AND the other is  experts divided on  the
impact of  emissions Electromagnetic Field (EMF) antennae of mobile phones

My question from my little knowledge about these facts is, what is 
the electro charge which keeps body cells alive and hence allows their
particural activities like transporting oxgyen, minerals etc, to take
place or simply maintaining
