Hi Steve,

It sounds as though you are agreeing with the people who are on one side of the present round of the debate over what sorts of things can be properly said to be true or false.  This group seems to include Tobin, Howard, Carroll, Jamie, Marsh, Dick and me.  For sure Phil and Mervyn disagree.  Not certain about others.

I've been following this from a distence and as far as I can tell the terms
'true' and 'false' have no meaning in relation to the subject under
discussion. As you are collectively using it - so why are you persisting in
talking about 'truth' in this case.
