Subject: BHA: List server changes

Dear Critical Realists:

I received notice from the Spoon Collective, which hosts the
bhaskar list, that the list server at Virginia will be
discontinued in its present form, and apparently the Spoon
Collective is not sure if they will continue after the
impending changes.  The Spooners offered me to move the
Bhaskar list to Utah.

The Bhaskar list is certainly very welcome to move to the
Utah list server which I am administering, therefore the
future of the list in one form or another is assured.  But
we still should discuss at this juncture:

(1) Should the list move to Utah, home of the a-list, the
marxism list, and others, see

or is there another host which would be more appropriate
(for instance if the IACR had the capability to host a list
server)?

(2) Since the email address of the list is going to change,
I also think it is time to change the name of the list to
something like critical-realism rather than bhaskar.

I understand we have about 4 weeks to decide what to do with
the list.  Please let us know what you think.
