If you mean _Acephale_ the journal, there are copies in several American 
university libraries including the University of Calfornia at Berkeley.  
If you mean "acephale" the concept, you might check out some of the 
essays and books by Denis Hollier and Allan Stoekl.  They have both 
written about headlessness and about Bataille's use of the concept.
