Someone asked about the translation of this book. I saw it mentioned 
on Nexus last year: the Monash Bookshop followed it up, and heard a 
day or so later from Stanford University Press that, yes, they did 
have the translation on the books but that the manuscript was late 
in being delivered to the press. They expected the book to come out 
in 1997.
