Ann Smock, translater of The Space of Literature, is at U.Cal.Berkley.
Thomas Pepper at Univ. of Miami also works on Blanchot.  Claire Nouvet
at Emory - where Lyotard teaches, as well.  And SUNY Buffalo, Jill
Robbins, whose main area is Levinas, but knows Blanchot, and also
Rodolphe Gasche teaches there, and knows Blanchot in re: to Derrida.

If you read French there is a very good book on Blanchot by
Francoisie Collin, called Blanchot et l'ecriture (I think that's the
title ...  Anyhow, it's very, very good).
