The Blanchot course (which forms an integral part of the MA in
Philosophy and Literature at the University of Warwick) is taught
essentially by myself (in the Department of French Studies) and by
Andrew Benjamin (Department of Philosophy). Some years we have
co-taught the course all the way through, most years we have taught
it consecutively, Andrew taking the Infinite Conversation and me doing
Death Sentence, Madness of the Day, and the Space of Literature, as
well as a selection of other texts. There are currently two Ph.D
projects in progress at Warwick on Blanchot.
