List members may like to know that a volume of papers based on the
London Blanchot conference (January 1992) will be appearing with
Routledge early next year in the series Warwick Studies in Euroepan
Philosophy (series editor: Andrew Benjamin)..  The volume, entitled
Maurice Blanchot: the Demand of the Other, is edited by Carolyn Baily
Gill, and contains papers by Rodolphe Gasché, Christopher Fynsk,
Simon Critchley, Paul Davies, Jeffrey Mehlman, Roger Laporte, Michael
Holland, Marie-Claire Ropars-Wuilleumier, Gillian Rose, Ian
MacLachlan, and Michael Newman,together with an introduction by
myself. The volume also contains some unpublished material by
Maurice Blanchot.
