However, it is clear that much and indeed most of what you have done is simply to copy the bibliographies that I "conceived and implemented" (and published) at my Maurice Blanchot Resource Page -- uncluding mistakes and (for your site) useless links to translations. Moreover, it's rather shocking to see that you have claimed a copyright to the bibligraphies I pubished and indeed is mind bogglingly that you copied and claim copyright to the text I wrote under "News" and which you copied and published as "Books Forthcoming." I find it hard to see this a some enormous but innocent omission when you list two other web pages dedicated to Blanchot but omit and reference to mine, which evidently you have visited often and to great profit. I would be happy to cooperate with you or anyone else that wishes to set up mirror sites or even to cooperate on a common site, but as stated on the HomePage of my Blanchot site (http://jefferson.village.virginia.edu/~spoons/blanchot/blanchot_mainpage.htm), redistribution of the materials I published at the Maurice Blanchot Resource Page requires a) that it be free to the recipient (that criterion you meet), and b) that PROPER ATTRIBUTION be made, that is, that you NOT pass off work that is not yours AS your (which is what plagiarism -- "plagiat"). I would stress that in copying my Blanchot site and republishing it as "conçu et réalisé" by Prof. Gilles Ernst not only is intellectual theft from me, but from those whose work I have drawn own and have been clearly and happily acknowledged by me; your site makes no mention of any of these individuals. Therefore I strongly object to your site as it stands and request that you withdraw it until to expunge your copyright claims and acknowledge the sources of your material.
