Blanchot's analysis is not normative: to my opinion, Blanchot is 
given in an extreme reflexive way an account of the 
impossibility of determining the essence of literature. Therefore it 
is not sur that he's description can be called dialectic because the  
movement doesn't end anymore in a synthesis of a 
higher level, i.e. in a result understood in the hegelian sense in 
which the notion of Aufhebung garanties continuity. 

Blanchot has certainly read the commentary of Hyppolite on his 
translation.
