Concerning Reggie Lilly's comparison between Husserl and Blanchot.  What   
is similar in their thought is the separation of sense and reference.   
 Meaning is neither a part of the world, that is to say it not real, nor   
is it a mental event. It is therefore neither subjective or objective.   
 The difference between them, and this is absolutely important, is that   
sense for Husserl, like Frege, is referential, whereas for Blanchot it is   
not.  The word is not identical to the concept and it is for this reason   
that literature expresses the being of language.  Furthermore to Lars's   
suggestion about reading a text about Heidegger and Blanchot is anyone   
else on this list interested?
