Subject: MB: WHO IS J. LIBERTSON??



I've just been rereading Joseph Libertson's PROXIMITY and it really is
peerless, apart from a few mistakes. As I'm sure you all know it is a
long - very long - reading of Bataille, Levinas and Blanchot. - It
really is quite singular in terms of its style, its extraordinary
circular movement, its rigour etc. Can anyone give me any information on
Libertson?
