i finally read these emails and bought the book at amazon too - thanks.

also, i found a new levinas coming out soon, 'Alterity and Transcendence'

i know this list has been quiet of late, but have always thought we could
spend more 'time' on levinas.

Thanks *very much* for this cite, Will-I just went to Amazon.com and ordered
a copy of it. Can't wait to get my hands on it! And once I do, I'd be happy
to discuss it here. Thanks again-I need this book.

best, ddd

I notice that the list has gone silent for a while (or maybe I am no
longer subscribed), but I wonder if anyone is interested in discussing
Thomas Wall's new book Radical Passivity: Levinas, Blanchot and Agamben.
I have just read it recently and I thought it was excellent. Of course,
maybe not enough people have had time to read it.
