Dear Reg,

Many thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I haven't been able to read the
article by P.A. Brault which you mentioned in your message. ("LittRealit"
is not available in University library of Helsinki.)
But for those who are interested in reading interpretations on Blanchot's
Thomas l'obscur's IV chapter I can on my part give a piece of information:
Jacques Lacan reads it in Sém IX, (27.6. 1962). It is one of his
unpublished seminars.
This informAtion is from Hans-Dieter Gondek's book "Angst,
Einbildungskraft, Sprache. - Kant, Freud, Lacan. (1990, Boer Verlag). In
it's prolog (entitled "Thomas liest") Gondek gives his interpretation on
what is going on in Lacan's analysis in Thomas l'obscur, chapter four.
In Yale Frech Studies number 93/1998 there is also Thomas Schlestag's
analysis on the mentioned chpter in Blanchot's récit.

Best wishes,
Outi
