    It's always frustrating to know that something exists,
bibliographically, and
not to be able to get it.  In the case of Pascale-Anne Brault's essay, I
would
suggest you write her.  She is a marvelously kind person, and I'm sure
she would
be glad to send you a photocopy of her essay -- such can be done through
the
university at no personal expense.  Her address is:
