    Thank you for the information about your article in N.R.F., which I will
put in my next update.  Althoug it is not necessary to have the article to
include it in the bibliographies, I would be grateful if you sent a copy,
and if it were not a violation of copyright laws, I would also be happy to
make it available through a link in the bibliogrpahies.
