There is an overview-article in the American Journal of Sociology, March 1986:

Camic, Charles: The Matter of Habit, in: AJS Vol. 91 (March 1986), 1039-1087

This is a historical investigation of the concept of habit in sociology,
which serves - following the author - as a major background factor even in
the writings of Durkheim and Weber. Although Camic hardly reflects on
Bourdieu, this article may be very interessting for you because is
concentrates on the classics.
