	To add to the Bourdieu/Luhmann bibliography, I would call the
attention to the brief but explicit comments by Bourdieu on the
difference between "field and apparatus as system" in "An Invitation to
Reflexive Sociology". More detailed information could be found in
"Empirical Studies of Literature.  Proceedings of the Second
IGEL-Conference, Amsterdam 1989" (Rodopi, 1991), edited by Elreud Ibsch
(et al.); I would refer to Bourdieu's paper "Questions of Method", and to
the final panel discussion on "The structure of the literary field and the
homogeneity of cultural choices" in this publication.
