Subject: analytical paper: historical specificity

Hello,
I am reading Bourdieu in a sociology class this summer; I submitted this
one line proposal for a short, six-page paper. I am open to suggestions. As
indicated, I am especially interested in a close reading of The Critique of
Theoretical Reason in Logic of Practice.

I want to critically analyze the adequacy of Bourdieu's general concepts of
the flow of time, economic logic and capital (in its various forms) for the
determination of the basic structures of modern society. I shall focus on
the first part of the *Logic of Practice*.
