These "e-mail virus warnings" happen to be a hoax.  I seem to get one every
month or two.  Several such hoaxes have been circulating for years.  You
*cannot* get a virus from an e-mail message.  (However, an *attachment* can
include a virus, if the attachment turns out to be a program.)

There are several Web sites which list these hoaxes, including Symantec
(http://www.symantec.com), the company which produces Norton Anti-Virus. 
When you get a message like that one, you can check with their Web site to
see if it's one of the common hoaxes.  Or, forward it to your e-mail system
adminstrator and ask if it's real--these people usually play close attention
to what's a true virus and what's just clogging up the e-mail.
