Subject: manifesto


A kind of manifesto, saying that the case of the American journalist Mumia
Abu-Jamal ought to be reopened with a new judge, appeared in Le Monde,
September 19, 1997. It is signed by Pierre Bourdieu, Breyten Breytenbach,
Régis Debray, Jacques Derrida, Fran=E7ois G=E8ze, Robert Kramer, Daniel Singer,
and John Edgar Wideman.
