Could you elaborate on that? BTW I've understood that Bourdieu doesn't think highly of Baudrillard and might not be pleased to be compared with him. But that shouldn't stop us. One difference might be that Baudrillard speaks a lot of the power of things, while Bourdieu thniks only people can act and have influence.
