Again on the use of language in this list: Can anyone tell me if there is
such a rule or not? 

And Walter: Why don't establish an another discussion forum in Spanish if
Spanish is the third most important language?

Coming from a small language community, I find all talk about importance in
numbers quite offending, but also rather stupid. The importance is
contextual: I can write in English as well as Icelandic and speak some
other languages, but if you, Walter, want to know about my work available
in Spanish, then send me a note. It is very Bourdieuean.

Again: Anyone tell me the rules of the list?
