Cultivating Differences: Symbolic boundaries and the making of inequality. I remember an interesting study in there about taste in art and one other about the use/accessibility of public museums. There are others, too, but I don't have the book in front of me. Several of the articles, in my mind, add to B's work by filling some gaps, in a sense. Not all do the greatest job, but some - like the study of taste in art - are really compelling.
