Without wishing to reproduce the very thing I raised as a problem .... Whatever anyone else says, my 'beef', as they say, was not at all with content quality or point of view. Believe me, it's GREAT that there are discussions on the list, rather than just the typical requests for references one finds elsewhere. So long may debate and discussion continue. All I wanted to raise (and I did so in a bad mood, so probably without as much tact as I would have done) was a totally different question ... that of replying to one posting with five separate emails. That was all. If that was reduced, then I'd be beefless. And as for other who criticise the content ... they can always delete the single email within which it is contained. Or take issue with it.
