Subject: field and Indigenous art

Can the use of 'field' be adequately related to contemporary Aboriginal
(Australian) art? Those that would dominate the field (being Aboriginal art)
could they be the art market, curators and the artists themselves. Also, can
notions of authenticity be related to this field?
