Subject: Massive quantity of posts --- many of which are person to person in 


Just a suggestion. Can things like little personal thanks from one person to
another go private? I'm now getting some 20 emails a day (most of them having
nothing to do directly with Bourdieu's ideas) from this listserver, and if
that continues, I'm going to have to get removed from it. But I'd rather stay
on so I can get the interesting stuff, and I have a hunch others are in the
same position. So, if your comments are really being directed to just one
person, why not just send them to that person and that person only? Each email
takes at least a minute to download, read, and delete. 10- 20 wasted minutes a
day is significant, at least for me.
