Hi All,

	Though B never engages Goffman in any great detail, he does speak
favorably of his work in a number of places.  Mention of Goffman can be
found in the English-language collection _In Other Words_, and there are
quite a few refs to his work in _An Invitation_ (though most of these
appear to have been included by Wacquant).
