Well, I disagree. 30 emails+ /day of "newbie" questions, and newbies telling what their personal interests, and
people thanking newbies for these posts (is that a "metapost," perhaps? a post about posts?)  are, is a bit much.
Especially when my own posts are now getting censored. (At least in the last 3 hours, the last one I attempted to
post has nt made it. Maybe because I was critical in it of some well known televangelists?). When I have time to
figure out how to do it, I will unsubscribe. There USED to be serious discussion here.
