Hello, Karl.  I wonder if you can help me.  Attached is the latest draft of 
the article I have been working on with a colleague.  It was summarily 
dismissed by the Review of Higher Education for being more appropriate for 
a teaching and learning type journal, and having too small a sample 
size.  I don't think it's inappropriate since it isn't really about 
teaching and learning, but more about the ability to do it in an 
institution of higher education.  It's qualitative research so I'm in 
disagreement over the sample size, too.  Yes, I think we could've done 
more/better research, but I still think it's worth publishing 
somewhere.  Do you have any ideas for publishing venues?  It doesn't have 
to be  a top tier journal, either.
