Malgosia,

I understand your point. I would have done the very same if I were a
Virginia CC decision-maker - i.e. why should I keep the waste if the
list goes? However, initially it was a great deed to provide the
resources for the Spoons.

By the way, how many answers you finally got to your original question
concerning ethical views of us?
