Sorry for being so coy with you all. The magazine is _Long News in the 
Short Century_, issue #4. It is edited by Barbara Hanning and the special 
editor for the Homage to F.G. were Michael G. Pelias and Charles Wolfe. 

I have no idea as to its general availability. There are several U.S. 
distributor addresses, including Bernard DeBoer, Inc., 113 East Centre 
Street, Nutley, NJ, 07110. 

The issue is copyrighted 1993.
