	Thanks for the note, Paul; I've checked, this book isn't out 
yet.  Perhaps we can discuss it when it shows up.  Meanwhile, I'm swamped 
(with the beginning of the Fall semester here) and can't devote any more 
time to this topic just now (maybe at the Christmas break!).  I've 
appreciated the exchange with you, from which I've learned a lot, and I 
will continue to read and work on it as I can.  Meanwhile, Dionysus' list 
looks very useful; in fact, I went right out and got Stapp's book, and 
went through the chapter "Choice and Meaning in the Quantum 
Universe"--scintillating work, very exciting.
