Yes, yes, Spain lost against England (the Brits) but, beat them all the
same.  I would never have referred to the Scottish, Irish or Welsh
teams as Brits.  I've also never had the pleasure of seeing the latter
teams play, but maybe in two years.  Kiko may have been theatrical but
it was a much more humourous theatricality than Pearce's -- talk about
vile patriotics.  On the whole though, my favourite teams and styles
of play are the Brazilian and Italian, but soccer without national
boundaries is a much more pleasing concept.  Although it's kind of
fun & better than the hockey situation with all its mercenariness.
