Dear All,
	I for one do not consider dave's interventions to be a waste of 
time. I think they have served a useful purpose in getting us to think a 
bit about what the point of theoretical discourse is.

If you really don't like his interventions you can always just delete them.

Anyway, that's just what I reckon.
