Here's my vote, with added punctuation and altered words in brackets:

It is only on this condition that the incorporeal universes of reference[,]
which punctuate the unfolding or(of) individual and collective 
historicity[, that] particular single events can be generated or 
regenerated.

The repetition of that still yields an ungrammatical sentence, but at 
least now the meaning is a bit more clear (is it?). Sounds [sic] to me.
