Just to add a few of the basic particulars to the previous post for those
who might want them -- William Burroughs died at 6:50 pm on Saturday
August 2nd in Lawrence, Kansas (about 24 hours after suffering a heart
attack).  He was 83 -- amazing to have lived to such an age and to have
outlived so many others, especially living the way he did (or maybe that's
the secret).  I am sure that a more official obit will be soon in
arriving.
