Subject: the rabbit on the face of the moon

just for the record: the rabbit on the face of the moon isn't Maya. it
is Mexican from the period of the Aztecs, resulting from the birth of the
period (age) called the fifth sun- there we two suns- one formed by a vain
man and the other by a cripple whose pustules were used for incense.
Anyhow, when both suns rose after their personal physical sacrifice, they
stood still. Someone in anger at their lack of movement threw a rabbit up
and it hit one, which resulted in the rabbit on the face of the moon. It
is also a book by Mexican Anthropologist Alfredo Lopez Austin. judith thorn
