	hahaha unleash you did it again, misread. Foucault has a nice
piece about the Plato problem in Theatrum Philosophicum -- which can be
found  in Language, Counter-Memory and Practice - ed Donald Bouchard.
(another academic what can you do "unleash" they are everywhere!) and
trans. by Bouchard and Sherry Simon. Cornell Univ. Press 1977.

	One line which you might learn from is this. 

	"What philosophy has not tried to over-turn Platonism?" - now if
you are were going to think about that for a while you would see that
Foucault says "try" that is as good a place to start as any. In a seminar
we could spend (had we the time and if you were to be quiet and shut up
and not pretend to know more than you do) onehour at least thinking about
that first sentence and how it reflects the themes and issues of
philosophy and Plato. Who is a god by the way unleash something you will
never be never never. So that is fine however when we had played around
with that for a while well then we could proceed.

to say maybe this clause:

	which is half-way through Foucault's second sentence about how
Aristotle had been one who tried to over-turn Plato.

	here is the sentence in mid-stream:


	"or better yet, it begins with Plato himself, with the conclusion
of the Sophist where it is impossible to distinguish Socrates from the
crafty imitators; or it begins with the Sophists who...."


	Now one could begin given that one's students knew what the
Sophists were start situating them historically and so on and then one
could spend some more time on that first sentence then back to Foucault
and then one could go back to the whole page. You see that is "called
thinking" using one's reason....Spending time learning and re-learning a
word, a concept, an idea.

	Then after spending some energy doing that. We could take a break.
And then start again at another place. Over and over. Writing and thinking
and reading.
