and, with great difficulty ... but I think the "or" describes it very well ...

as for how poetry is possible, that's a whole field of investigation i can't
begin here ... but perhaps it takes the derangement Rimbaud spoke of, great
struggles to hone the articulation machine to be able to reach unusual
experiences...
