here are some questions:
how belief systems are intertwined with affective attachments, the sense of
belonging to a community,  economical dependancies , personal histories?
how the 'radical anthropologist' is supporting himself, economically,
affectively, during his investigations?
what kind of 'minimal believes' does he need to survive?
how does he avoid a feeling of superiority towards people who are stuck in a
specific belief system? or may be he doesn't avoid?
how much attention does he give to his own beliefs, inner conflicts, inner
dialogues ?
