I must be then. Are you seriously trying to tell me that all racism is
produced top-down from the State? Of course there are racist ideologies, 
but not all racism is ideological. Perhaps in some areas it is based
upon 'superstition'? 

By my definition of folklore, the above statement seems to fit rather
well. If you don't agree with that definition, provide me with an
alternative.
