Many-honeyed Melissa,

It _was_ because of conscious editing that the announcement was not posted
to the spoon-announcements list.  We are very miserly about what we post to
the list, and posting a final CFP for a conference for which, only about
three weeks earlier, we had posted a CFP, fell on the miserly end of our
miserliness.  It fell there and stayed there.
