were you by any chance implying last time, that specific axioms are 
being created by some of the international states, so as to prevent 
to poor, or the war machines, to produc too huge 
deterritorialisations of the capitalism. giving them compensation for 
not producing too much consistency in the flows, not too much 
disobedience, etc? such compensation would be such overflood of mass 
media and mtv "alternative" information rigor, its the opinion i
