Not like a regular euclidean line, where the distance between 2 points it´s a “longitud” (longuezza?). this one is a fractal line where the distance between 2 points is infinitely “divisible” (dividua?). the points or fragments are connected in a unlogical way (“bricolage di attualizzazioni impreviste”) by diane´s mind in the dream. But these points had to be recollected by diane´s mind in some moment of her life, events of her past and creations of her mind, so each fragment is a different autonomous story, independently from diane´s dream (the black man at Wikie´s, adam´s life, camilla´s life); and that´s the 3º dimention . so now we have a “cinta” built with fragments and each fragment has each thikness. *****about the line, I don´t consider MD as a lineal movie, I think there´s a fold (silence club) and an eternal coming back of difference************may be something like “cinta moebius” ----------visions of the 4º dmention________________ a lovecraft monster or a francis bacon´s piece of meat imagine a “cinta moebius” built with each fragment growing and gowing, like million long autonomous-arms, moving and crossing each other, in a neverending becoming.
