After nearly 24 years  and to my extraordinary surprise I have immense 
pleasure to report that Toni Negri is finally completely free. No longer

under house arrest as he was recently and at last free to go home or
travel 
as suits him. Once his papers are completely in order, he can travel 
wherever he likes.

April 7th, 1979 to April 25, 2003...all told, 24 years!

24 years of being a political prisoner -
