Unfortunately I can only think of two and they're not really examples: the
Lyotardian little narrative with its 'linking' to not-yet-existing events.
'Unfortunately' because while the link is a step into an occurrence with a
non-historical future/past, a step which is supposedly singular and an
ethical step, it is still grounded in anamnesia, that which is forgotten but
yet remains, dedifferentiated. 'Unfortunately' because while it re-favours
the silenced, it presumes non-reciprocal play, like a 'walkabout' without
the Dreamtime or Massumi's quoted 'random walk' without mathematical acumen;
where the criteria for justice are not pre-ordained and the outcomes are not
governed but also, the ethics are beyond detection.

To say as much, is to say there are no examples except in rhetoric and of
course, religion.

I can also site the notion of 'absolute self survey', the presumption of
one's proper territory as a psycho-social outside.

These examples use the concept of justice where it is a 'sound emplacement',
a 'self-organising system'. But again these tend towards 'justice' as a kind
of grace, but one where there is no need for hope.

I can only make one suggestion that might make these hypotheses of just play
into examples and that is to place them in my field; in a sense
geographical-ise them (without politicising per se). In my case,
deterritorialising amidst 'Australia'.

As far as I've gone this requires an unprecedented type of example. I think
of it as a re-monst(e)r-ation of justice amidst the play of everyday life,
the only condition being that 'everyday life' be tacit. For me it's falls
inside the field of 'performance research' where the burning question is one
of post-Humanist ethics; sort of like... How do you become without undoing?
Or how to string out the paradox?

So, sorry, no I can't.

But then as per our discussion, it is not a matter of non-reciprical
relations but rather as you seem to suggest, how to get at the nature of
reciprocation(?) in an ethical manner.
