From: Sylvie Ruelle <sylvieruelle-AT-earthlink.net> Subject: cinema 1 Date: Thu, 11 Nov 2004 11:58:47 -0800 I am having great difficulty with what Deleuze means by "qualities" and "powers". Cinema 1, p. 123 - The sentence goes: "When qualities and powers are apprehended in states of things..." I do not want to go to Fuller however. I am closer with these terms to Eisenstein. Can anyone help with "qualities" and "powers"? Ms. Sylvie Ruelle http://home.earthlink.net/~sylvieruelle rw_artette_lc-AT-yahoo.com
