Sorry this reply has been a while coming, but you know how things get 
sometimes .... I'm glad that Arcadia is still prospering and have to 
admit that at the end of you thesis I felt a bit pesimistic about 
the future of the school myself. I guess it does go to prove that a 
committed community of people can make that difference. 

I was disapointed that no one else took up this 
thread, but then perhaps they haven't read your work. Their loss I 
guess, but if anyone listening in there wants to take the time to 
visit David's site then it really is a" ripping good yarn." :)
